The Transformation Challenge is designed for those who are new to training. 20 males and females are entered into a group within the coaching app. Each client will workout four times per week mixing between strength, endurance, hypertrophy and mobility workouts. Every week will consist of a group video call where the coach will answer all questions to ensure each client is making progress. Each client will have their own progress photos and weigh ins to keep motivation and accountability high. This group challenges each client to make incredible progress over six weeks.
The Periodization Coaching is for those who want to work on a 1 to 1 basis. Client is invited to the coaching app to fill out consultation form and start with a video call with a coach to go into detail on their goals. Majority of clients who choose the Periodization Coaching are GAA players. GAA players will work within different phases to slowly peak for championship period during the summer. Phases included are Foundation, Hypertrophy, Endurance, Strength and In-Season. Each phases requires different demands from the player. Not all clients are GAA players however, as clients categorized as General Population have made amazing progress with the 1 to 1 coaching. Progress photos, daily weigh ins and personalized workouts are the focus for each client.
