Group training all focused towards one goal: FEELING BETTER IN YOURSELF.


This six week training block will include daily and weekly challenges, nutritional goals, extra motivation and accountability from others as well as being coached by Shane. Weekly Zoom call for all participants within the group will help answer any questions regarding the programming too.


Shane has been running group challenges for years both on the floor and online to which each challenge have been a success.
